RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE? Please download the 'Return or Exchange Form' and complete the required steps!
To exchange an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. To exchange an item, you need to complete this form and return with goods to BARE Equestrian, PO Box 1436 Moss Vale NSW 2577.
If you have a faulty item, we ask that you please contact us at email@example.com and attach photos so that we can assess the fault. This allows us to ensure our products are made to the high standard that we pride ourselves on.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable. Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and Bare Equestrian does not have a suitable replacement. Providing a refund is at the discretion of Bare Equestrian.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
