We are sure you find that every time you or your horse wear a product from BARE.
If for some reason your BARE goodies are not as they should be, please read our exchange and returns policy and follow the steps below.
DO YOU HAVE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If you need to return or exchange an item, please read our full returns and refunds policy HERE to ensure your item is eligible. You will then need to complete our Return or Exchange Form form and follow the steps in that document.
Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable.
To exchange an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. To exchange an item, you need to complete the Return or Exchange Form above.
If you have a faulty item, we ask that you please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos so that we can assess the fault. This allows us to ensure our products are made to the high standard that we pride ourselves on, and we can work through a suitable solution for you.
Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and Bare Equestrian does not have a suitable replacement. Providing a refund is at the discretion of BARE Equestrian.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.
