HOW DO I CARE FOR MY BARE PRODUCTS?

To keep your BARE clothing in top condition, we recommend washing your garments inside out on cold machine wash. Do not tumble dry, and dry out of direct sunlight. BARE horse wear should be washed in a commercial machine and boots and bells have the velcro done up so no lint, hair or fluff become lodged in the velcro. Delicate items like clothing with diamante's and ear bonnets should be washed on a gentle cycle and preferably in a wash bag.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX), Afterpay and PayPal. We also accept payment via Shopify pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER THAT IS ALREADY PLACED?

Our warehouse work hard to quickly pack and ship orders to you. If you have made a mistake or wish to change an order, you must IMMEDIATELY email us at hello@bareequestrian.com with your request. Please mark the email urgent and add 'URGENT ORDER CHANGE REQUEST' in the subject line. If your order is placed over the weekend, we cannot guarantee we will be able to change it before it is shipped. If your order is not able to be changed, you will then need to follow the exchange process.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

BARE Equestrian use multiple carriers and will always offer the best rate available to you at the time of placing your order. Shipping will be calculated at time of checkout. BARE Equestrian reserves the right to change shipping rates charged to any destination and/or delivery method at any time. Free shipping is offered on orders with a cart value of $199AUD or higher with a delivery address within Australia, and international orders of a cart value the equivalent of $349AUD or higher. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing the order, subject to all items being in stock. If items cannot be fulfilled we will contact you to advise.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

BARE Equestrian ship to the following countries: Australia; New Zealand; United Kingdom; United States; Singapore; Hong Kong; Netherlands; France; Germany; Ireland; Sweden; Italy; Denmark; Japan; Indonesia; United Arab Emirates; Mexico; and Finland.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

If you need to return or exchange an item, please ensure your item is eligible by reading our returns and refunds policy HERE. Then complete the form below and return goods to BARE Equestrian, PO Box 1436, Moss Vale NSW AU 2577.

No returns or exchanges can be processed unless this form has been filled out and submitted.

Returns or exchanges are NOT available on sale items, unless the item is faulty, so please choose carefully.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or if the item is not suitable.

To exchange an item, the product MUST be in original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all labels attached and in correct original packaging with barcode visible. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned free of pet hair, fake tan, makeup or other stains. They must not smell of smoke, cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.

What happens if I send back a dirty or soiled item?

Our Returns Team conduct thorough checks and if your return does not meet our criteria, we are unable to process your return. In the event a returned item/s are dirty or unsellable upon inspection, the Returns Team will contact you via email with photo evidence. A $10 cleaning fee will be deducted for each item returned. The item will then be destroyed or sold at a discount.

No exceptions will be made.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item, we ask that you carefully read our faulty terms policy here and then complete the form below, and attach photos so that we can assess the fault prior to sending back to us. This allows us to ensure our products are made to the high standard that we pride ourselves on, and we can work through a suitable solution for you. We will require return of faulty items to our warehouse, which we will organise at the time of contacting us.

Refunds will be provided if a product is faulty and Bare Equestrian does not have a suitable replacement. Providing a refund is at the discretion of BARE Equestrian.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Returns and Faults purchased from retail stores

Any products purchased through retail and saddlery stores must be returned to those stores under their returns and refund policy. We are unable to assist directly with these.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

ONCE I HAVE RETURNED MY PRODUCT, HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

HOW DO I APPLY FOR SPONSORSHIP OR COLLABORATION?

Are you wanting to become the next BARE Ambassador or event partner?

We are very proud that so many riders and clubs love BARE and want our brand to sponsor them. We receive a high volume of requests and cannot always provide an individual response, but we can assure you we read every one and keep them for possible future campaigns, collaborations and ambassador reviews.

Below is some helpful information about what is involved with being an ambassador, what we look for when choosing ambassadors, and tips for registering your interest with us.

What it takes to be a BARE Ambassador

We are always looking to support talented equestrians who live the same values as we do, as well as genuinely love BARE products.

Being a successful brand ambassador is more than being successful at your chosen discipline, the role of an ambassador is to raise awareness and promote BARE by showcasing our products and sharing any exciting BARE news and launches, as well as upholding our brand image.

To become part of the BARE family as an ambassador, you not only need to have a passion for horses and your chosen discipline, but be seen to be working hard to achieve results. An active social media presence and following along with the ability to create content is a must, as content and social is a large part of what we do.

What is expected of BARE Ambassadors?

Our Ambassadors must be actively competing in their chosen discipline or have involvement with the equestrian industry where they are making a significant, positive impact. They must always conduct themselves professionally and live by our mantra 'be kind always.' Our Ambassadors also genuinely LOVE and use BARE products and usually have done so prior to joining the team.

Another main role of an Ambassador is creating content and posting to your social channels or providing to us to use. We understand everyone is different in the types of content they like to create, but whether you're a writer, video wiz, have a knack with an iphone during training or have access to professional photography or videographers, regular content is something that is required. It doesn't matter if you don't have the biggest social media following, what matters is posting or providing us with quality content that relates to your followers and our audience. Social media is one of our largest platforms with the biggest voice where most of our customers get inspired for their own riding journeys, which is why this is so important. Our BARE ambassadors play a major role in inspiring people across our platforms.

What is the application process?

We review our ambassadorships from time to time, although mostly our placements are full.

You are more than welcome to register your interest by sending information about yourself, your equestrian journey, age, location, discipline, current riding level, notable achievements, your social handles and why you would love to be a BARE ambassador to candace@bareequestrian.com. We recommend including something in there unique about yourself that will make you stand out. It could even be showing your creative side with a video submission instead of an email.

Please note we do receive a high volume of emails and cannot always provide an individual response.

Club and Event Sponsorship

If you are looking for sponsorship for your club or next event, could you please email us with what the type of sponsorship you are seeking (ie monetary or product), to what value, the number of members in your club or competitors expected at your event, and any media kit or proposal for sponsor activity.
