HOW TO I JOIN BARE REWARDS?

You will need to create a store account and email address in order to access rewards.

First time customers can sign up for 10% off their first order and follow the steps to set up an account to be be added to our Member Rewards which will give you a cool 1000 bonus points.

Existing customers at the time of the program launch have automatically been added to our Member program.

If you already have a BARE account, there is nothing you need to do! Simply log in and you will see your rewards information.

HOW DO I TRACK MY POINTS OR UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

Simply log into your account to view your rewards balance or update your name, email, address or birthday.

You must have your birthday date (month and day) added to your account to receive a birthday reward.

Unfortunately we cannot issue you with a belated birthday reward so please ensure you details are added and accurate :)

HOW DO I EARN AND LOSE REWARD POINTS?

Every customer, including guests, can earn points by shopping online, following us on social, and leaving a review. Only customers checking out with an email address are eligible. (PLEASE NOTE: Checking out using a mobile number only are unable to participate in BARE Rewards.

You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent on our website.

New customers will earn 1000 points for creating an account.

You can also earn 200 points for leaving a product review on our website. You can earn a maximum of 200 points within a 30 day period.

A member can also earn 100 points for each social media platform they follow us on; being Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Members will earn 100 points for each follow and this will be paid once only.

You will need to create a store account in order to access your rewards.

When returning items and redeeming a gift card:
* When using a gift card as payment, you will not earn points on the value of the gift card.
* Returning a product for a refund, cancelling or partially cancelling an order will result in any points earned being deducted from your account.

WHEN WILL MY POINTS SHOW IN MY ACCOUNT AFTER I MAKE A PURCHASE OR TAKE AN ACTION?

Once your order has been fulfilled and confirmed, your points will be added to your account balance.
Points allocated for account joining and social follows will be available immediately.

Points awarded for leaving a review may take 24 hours to show in your account.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

When shopping on our website ensure you are logged in and any rewards balance available to you will be able to be applied at checkout. Reward points can only be redeemed once you reach a minimum balance of 500 points.

WHEN DO MY REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

Points and any rewards issued have an expiry of 6 months from time of earning or date of issue.

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF BARE REWARDS POINTS?

When shopping with BARE online you will earn 5 points for every $1 spent. You are able to redeem your points once you reach 500 points, which gives you a $5 discount on your order.

WHAT ARE THE TIERS AND BENEFITS OF EACH?

We have 3 tiers of Member Rewards. All tiers offer the following benefits:

HOW DO I KEEP MY TIER STATUS?

Tier status is calculated on your online spend with BARE over the period of 12 months. To ensure you remain on your preferred tier, you will need to meet the minimum annual spend values as set out below.

Our Pink tier is for customers who have not purchased from us before, up to those customers who have spent up to $199.

The Black tier is for customers who have spent between $200 and $999 in the last 12 months.

Our top Diamond tier is for customers who have made over $1000 of purchased with BARE online in the last 12 months.

HOW DO I STOP PARTICIPATING IN BARE REWARDS?

We understand you may not want to earn extras simply for shopping or be part of our member rewards. If this is the case, please email our team at hello@bareequestrian.com and add the subject line 'Opt out of Rewards.' We will then remove your from member rewards.

IF I HAVE MADE PURCHASES PRIOR TO JOINING THE CLUB, DO I EARN POINTS?

No. BARE Rewards members are unable to earn points on purchases made prior to the membership launch on 2 April 2024.
