Amelia is a young Victorian show rider who has a heart of gold and a determination of steel. She not only is a successful and accomplished rider but has continued her passion and success in and out of the show ring after a serious accident. We at BARE admire and are inspired by her positive attitude and dedication.

I COULDN’T LIVE WITHOUT THIS BARE PRODUCT BECAUSE…
I couldn’t live without the Thermofit winter riding tights as they are so warm and comfortable! I also really love the lemon butter competition tights, because they look amazing in the show ring.
MY MOST MEMORABLE MOMENT IS...
I have had many memorable moments but one that definitely stands out, is when I found out I won the 2023 Australian Welsh & Part Welsh ridden championships, and also winning the Intermediate Show horse at the Marcus Oldham Interschool Nationals Titles.
MY FAVOURITE EXERCISE OR TRAINING TO PRACTICE IS…
My favourite exercise to do in training is practicing walk-to-canter and leg yields. After training, I love to take the horses on big walks around the farm to cool them down.
THE LAST THING I THINK ABOUT BEFORE ENTERING THE ARENA IS…
The last thing I think about before I enter the arena is to ‘Make younger you proud’ and to just enjoy the ride.

No matter what happens, it’s never the horse's fault!

I am looking forward to the 2024 Grand National Championships and to get out and compete on my new horse.
