Kadell Sykes

Kadell is a show and show jumping rider from Queensland who stands out for all the right reasons. Being an accomplished show rider, Kadell is also a successful show jumper who has a love for colour! Her signature is standing out in bright and vibrant matchy-matchy sets on her gorgeous pinto and pally horses. Currently competing in the show jumping field on a rare palomino OTTB 'Rocket of Gold,' we're excited to welcome them to the BARE family and watch them hit their stride in 2023.

WHAT EQUESTRIAN ACHIEVEMENT ARE YOU MOST PROUD OF?

My most proud achievement to date was at Elysian Fields Spring classic recently when I competed in my first 1.20 course and got first place.

HOW DO YOU STAY MOTIVATED?

Horses are my passion so staying motivated is quite easy. I also have so many friends that ride so we I can hang out and ride together. We all support and encourage each other ❤️

WHAT IS YOUR BEST COMPETITION DAY TIP OF ADVICE?

Always think positive, don’t doubt yourself. Just go out there and get the job done and have fun doing it.

DO YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR GOALS YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT IN 2023?

A Showjumping goal I have is to compete in a 1.30 jump off.

I plan to do a little more showing and maybe even try some dressage. 

WHICH ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BARE PRODUCTS AND WHY?

The BARE tights are my absolute favourite. They are so comfortable to ride in, I like the grip and the fit is perfect. I also love all the different colours and patterns.
